About Reablement Therapy
Who We Are
Reablement Therapy Services is a one-woman show run by Occupational Therapist Laura Neely.
A proud Newcastle local, Laura graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2009. She has since worked in both hospital rehabilitation and community settings across Australia and the United Kingdom. Laura is a member of OT Australia and AHPRA.
Laura has a passion for home modifications but is skilled in many areas of Occupational Therapy. She finds great joy in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals —and loves nothing more than putting a smile on their faces. She believes in seeing the person behind the diagnosis and empowering them to lead their own care.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time outdoors at the park or beach with her three sons and husband. She also loves cooking up a storm, walking her dog Brixton, and a good coffee!
